Simple Household Storage Tips

Place all your belongings in a packaging box. To maximise total storage space, stack boxes of similar size no higher than shoulder height
Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of upholstered furniture

Bed mattresses should be covered and stood on their end to maximise space
To prevent any breakage, place plates, bowls and saucers on their side
Mark any breakage and delicate items as fragile
A Port-A-Robe carton is the perfect answer for clothing storage
Ensure that all electronic appliances are well dry and clean prior to storing
Store the most fragile items last to prevent breakage

If your items are in many boxes, ask our storage facility consultants about shelving for ease of locating
If you have large/heavy or pallet items, pallet jacks and forklifts are available for use at our storage locations
Leave a walkway to the rear of your storage unit for easy access
